After Google, Simmons served as Chief Growth Officer of Ready, where he oversaw its consumer business and managed over $250K per week in performance marketing spend. Cliff’s teams captured and converted the demand responsible for over 90% of Ready's revenue, propelling the company from a $50M to a $500M+ valuation.
